Laser machine is easy to use with instructional video, and we can also help you learn machine online. Usually, it takes several hours to operate the laser machine, but to know which speed and power settings to use for different materials, it will take repeated trials. That's why we've provided a comprehensive guide in your system that recommends speed and power settings for the various materials you want to use.

(1) Inside: plastic stretch film and white foam. (2): Small pieces of wood and screws. (3) Outside: standard export wooden box. Therefore, the laser machine will be sent to you safely. In case the machine is damaged, please contact us and we will replace it as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery.

We offer a two-year warranty, during which we will provide damaged accessories free of charge. Outside of the warranty period, we still provide repair services.

All metals can be engraved with a certain depth; however, some metals are more suitable for deep engraving, and the softer aluminum materials only need to go through a few times to engrave depth. The best way to test the depth is to send us samples for testing.
